TERMS OF SERVICE: THE FOUNDRY INTERFACE (v.2026.1)

 By accessing the Rex Entropy website, connecting your Discord via OAuth2, or interacting with "The Altered 1" transmedia narrative (collectively, the "System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please disconnect your terminal and exit the sector immediately.

 The System utilizes Discord for authentication and community engagement.

• Data Access: By logging in, you authorize the System to access your Discord User ID, username, and avatar. This is required to sync your "Pilot Profile" and manage your RexCoin ledger.
• Third-Party Dependency: We are not responsible for Discord’s downtime, API changes, or account bans. If Discord is offline, your access to the "Cockpit" may be temporarily suspended.

 "The Altered 1" is a work of fiction and transmedia art.

• Blurring the Lines: Players must never trespass, violate laws, or harass individuals in the pursuit of "clues." Rex Entropy Creative Solutions is not liable for actions taken by users who misinterpret narrative fiction as real-world directives.
• External Links: Interactions may lead to external sites (Pastebin, YouTube, etc.). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or safety of these third-party environments.

• No Monetary Value: RexCoinand "Gumpshin" are digital artifacts used for narrative progression and within the Rex Entropy ecosystem. They hold no "Real World" cash value, are non-transferable outside the System, and cannot be redeemed for legal tender.
• Ledger Resets: As this is an evolving transmedia project, Rex Entropy reserves the right to re-calibrate (reset) the ledger for balancing or narrative "reboots."

• Attempt to "brute force" or hack the Web App outside of the intended puzzle mechanics.
• Use the Discord meeting space to spread "The Static" (hate speech, harassment, or malicious code).
• Reverse-engineer the System’s proprietary "Frequency" logic.

 All music, visual assets, code (React/Node), and lore are the property of Rex Entropy Creative Solutions / AJ Phoenix. You are granted a limited license to experience the content and share "Partial-Disclosures" (screenshots/clips) for community puzzle-solving purposes, provided credit is given to the Source.

 The System is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant that the "Frequency" will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any psychological distress caused by the "glitch aesthetic" or narrative themes of systemic critique and simulated reality.

 The "Admin" (Rex) reserves the right to de-sync any user for violation of these terms or for narrative reasons essential to the story’s progression.

 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States—Sector: Wake.
