PRIVACY PROTOCOL: THE FOUNDRY DATA STREAM (v.2026.1)
1. DATA INTERCEPTION (WHAT WE COLLECT)
To maintain your status as a Resonance Pilot, the System intercepts the following data packets:
- Discord Identity: When you use the Discord Login Portal, we collect your Discord User ID, Username, and Global Avatar. This is used to create your unique "Pilot Profile" and link your account to the Foundry Discord server.
- Interaction Logs: We track your interaction with transmedia puzzles, including the entry of "Decryption Keys," "Checkpoints," and your engagement with QauRa physical artifacts.
- Technical Telemetry: Standard web logs including IP address (for sector identification), browser type, and device metadata (e.g., if you are accessing via a Samsung S10 or a desktop terminal).
2. THE REXCOIN LEDGER (FINANCIAL DATA)
We do not collect traditional financial information (credit cards, bank accounts). The RexCoin Ledger is a closed-loop database.
- Transaction History: We store a record of your earned and spent RexCoins and "Gumpshin" to ensure your Pilot Profile remains synced across the transmedia grid
3. THE QAURA INTEGRATION (PHYSICAL-TO-DIGITAL)
When you scan a physical QauRa artifact (stickers, apparel, or signage):
- The System logs the specific Geographic Sector (if location services are enabled) and the Timestamp of the scan. This is used to unlock localized puzzle layers and verify the authenticity of the physical interaction.
4. DATA RETENTION & THE "CLEAN SLATE"
- Retention:Your data is stored on secure servers (Render/AWS) for as long as your Pilot Profile is active.
- De-Syncing: You may request a complete "Data Wipe" at any time by contacting the Admin at admin@RexEntropy.com. Upon request, your Discord handshake will be severed and your RexCoin ledger will be permanently deleted from the Foundry database.
5. THIRD-PARTY RELAYS
We do not sell your data to the "Vampires" (Third-party advertisers). However, we utilize the following secure relays to power the System:
- Discord API:For authentication and community role management.
- Google Analytics/Search Console: To monitor the spread of the Signal.
- Pastebin/External Nodes: While we may link to these for puzzles, no personal data is transmitted from the Foundry to these external spaces.
6. COOKIE POLICY (TRACKING BEACONS)
The System uses "Beacons" (Cookies) to keep you logged into the Cockpit. These are small data packets stored on your local machine that prevent you from having to re-authenticate every time you shift frequencies between the website and the web app.
7. SHIELDING & SECURITY
We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect your Pilot Profile. However, as any Hacker knows, no system is 100% impenetrable. By using the System, you acknowledge the inherent risks of the digital "Static."
